Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
Equipment
Equipment includes loading luggage and equipment onto the truck(s) at the school and, hopefully, helping unload it at camp and helping do things like erect the scaffolding the directors use and making sure the field is painted.

Bus Chaperone - need 1-2 per bus
Being a bus chaperone involves taking role and ensuring all students registered for the bus are actually on the bus, monitoring and enforcing both the band rules and any bus rules and making sure that the kids generally behave and are safe. Also, as we do have couples in the band, ensuring they behave in an appropriate manner (no PDA). Chaperones can catch a ride back to the school on Sunday on the buses and then catch a ride back to camp on Friday (pick up location TBD).

Lunch (11am-5pm) - need 5-8
Lunch duty includes helping the camp cook with whatever she needs (cutting things up, moving things around, etc.), helping serve the kids lunch (serving food, filling cups, etc.) and then cleaning up after the meal is complete. If possible, we also like our lunch duty people to hang out until 5:00 to help chaperone the kids during their afternoon break.

Dinner (3pm-7pm) - need 5-8
Dinner duty is just like lunch duty - only at dinner time and without the chaperone part (since you'll be helping prepare dinner).

Night Cabin (10pm-7am) - need 2-3 per cabin
Night cabin duty mostly involves sleeping. You will stay in the cabin with the students making sure the noise level stays appropriate until everyone is asleep and being there as a first point of contact if something strange happens during the night.

Night Guard (10pm-7am) - need 2-3
Night guard duty involves staying awake throughout the night, making sure there are no late-night visitors to camp, making sure everyone stays in their cabins all night and staying warm.
